Cancellation Policy

At IVY, we value your trust and work hard to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel an order and how we process such requests.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been confirmed on call, whichever is earlier.

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact us at shopivyofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation for Customized / Personalized Products

Customized or engraved jewellery items (including name pendants, rings with initials, or made-to-order designs) cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, as they are crafted specifically for you.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If your order is eligible for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is applicable since payment was not collected.

4. Order Cancellation by IVY

In rare cases, IVY may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Inaccurate pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification failure or incomplete transaction
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If such cancellation occurs, you will be notified immediately, and any paid amount will be refunded in full.
