Return & Exchange Policy
At IVY, every piece of jewellery is crafted with love and precision. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to make it right.
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, OR
- There is a manufacturing defect visible upon unboxing
To qualify for a return/exchange:
- You must share a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start (without cuts or edits).
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- You must raise your request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at shopivyofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and the unboxing video attached.
⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings or ear cuffs
- Customized or personalized jewellery (name pendants, engraved rings, made-to-order pieces)
- Gift cards or discounted sale items
3. Return/Exchange Process
Submit Request:
Email us at shopivyofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video.
Verification:
Our team will review the video and images to verify eligibility.
Pickup & Inspection:
If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or request you to ship it back using a reliable courier.
Resolution:
- For approved returns, we’ll issue a refund within 7–10 business days after quality check.
- For approved exchanges, a replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the original product.
4. Refund Terms
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or UPI transfer after verification.
- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
