1. What does IVY mean?

IVY stands for I & WE — representing individuality and togetherness.
Our jewellery celebrates your personal story (I) and the connections you cherish (WE).

2. Are IVY jewellery pieces real and long-lasting?

Yes. Every IVY piece is crafted with high-quality materials and a durable finish.
Our jewellery undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure long-lasting shine, comfort, and elegance — perfect for both daily wear and special occasions.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. To maintain a smooth and secure order process, IVY does not offer Cash on Delivery.
We only accept online payments through safe and encrypted payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.).

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!
You must share a clear unboxing video of the package from the start (without cuts or edits).
Once verified, we’ll arrange a return, exchange, or refund as per our policy.

5. Why is the unboxing video mandatory?

The unboxing video helps us verify that the product was received in that condition and protects both you and IVY from misuse or courier mishandling.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

6. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing or before order confirmation, whichever is earlier.
Customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, email us at shopivyofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a valid unboxing video.
Earrings, personalized jewellery, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.

9. What should I do if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?

Don’t worry — sometimes banks or UPI apps take a bit longer to process refunds for failed transactions.
If you don’t receive the amount back within 5–7 business days, please contact us with your payment screenshot and order details at shopivyofficial@gmail.com.
